Our story begins with a Thai woman chef whose passion for cooking has been at the heart of her life since childhood. Growing up surrounded by the rich aromas and bold flavors of Thai street food, she learned traditional recipes passed down through generations—recipes she still uses with pride today. After successfully owning and operating Thai restaurants in the past, she is excited to bring her third location to the Princeton area.

This new restaurant was created with one mission: to share the true taste of authentic Thai street food with the community. Every dish is crafted with fresh ingredients, classic techniques, and the vibrant flavors that define real Thai cuisine. We invite our neighbors to experience the warmth, character, and unforgettable taste of Thailand—just the way it’s enjoyed on the streets of Bangkok.
